Sanding and Refinish Hardwood Floors
"Extreme Floor Care was recommended to me by a local flooring company to sand and refinish the original well worn pine floors in an 80+ year old house we recently bought in Ocean City, NJ. Extreme Floor did a great job from start to finish. Most importantly, the floors look amazing (picture below) and Joe the owner who does the work was even able to get rid of some ugly stains that had been applied to parts of the dining room floor. Joe sent pictures as the work progressed and kept the house clean and free of dust. Meghan coordinated the project from start to finish and was very professional and responsive in answering my questions about the project. Pricing is very reasonable for the value.

The work was excellent - they took great care and made as little mess as possible. I called after the first sanding of the floors and asked if you would do a few rugs - it was no problem and the rugs looked new again - this has not happened with other cleaners. It was Extremely good. My carpets look like new. I am very pleased with the job! Our carpets dried in a very short time even though it was very humid out. Just using your new machine with the new technology makes a huge difference from other cleaners we have had. The solution you use also has a deodorizer which I need because of my dogs. Hardwood Floor Refinishing
The floor refinishing was excellent! I was very pleased that you left the area meticulous. Thank you for educating me on the difference between the water based polyurethane and the oil based polyurethane. Some of the contractors that quoted on the job wanted me to use water based polyurethane, which I found out later is a benefit to them because it gets them in and out faster and onto their next job. You used what was best for the wood, I love the 100 % oil based polyurethane you used on my floors. They are beautiful.
