Description Of Work: Extreme Floor Care cleaned carpets in 4 rooms, a hallway, and a staircase. They also did a light sand/screen and poly on hardwood floors in a hallway. (They were in good shape but the 20 year old poly had faded).
Member Comments: I called two companies off Angie's List. One didn't return my call. Extreme Floor Care called back the same day and came quickly to measure/price. I was happy with the price and booked that day. We did have to wait about 4 weeks but that was fine with us. The night before, I received a reminder call. The only thing that upset me was that I had specifically scheduled to start at 9am and not any earlier because I had something to do before then. Well when I got my reminder, all of a sudden the time was changed to 8am without notifying me that there was a change or asking if that was alright. (very unprofessional) I told them that I would struggle to get my thing done before then but I might be a few minutes late. I showed up at 8:10 to my house with confused workers looking at me like I was in the wrong. When I explained what happened, they apologized profusely for the error. Besides that, they did a FANTASTIC JOB. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a friend's dog who visits often. My cream colored carpets were in bad shape. They look almost brand new and all the stains vanished. All the built up pet hair is gone!! The small section of hardwood was sanded and received a coat of poly. It shines once again! I am happy and would hire them again/recommend them to others. Just double check times!

Company Response: I am so sorry there was a mix up with your time, when I came to your home to do the estimate I brought up my concern on timing because you had to walk across the hardwood to get upstairs and it needed 6 to 8 hours to dry before you could walk on it. It was my misunderstanding, and I apologize for the inconvenience. We are very glad to hear you loved our work.
Thank You,
Megan
