Following the free estimate, I spoke with the contractor, who informed me that the owner preferred the floors to be left natural rather than painted as they were previously.

This floor was designed as a 3/4-inch prefinished hardwood floor with a stain. The home’s owner preferred the natural finish because it complemented the cabinetry better.

All these photos show how beautiful their maple floors turned out. This job turned out well, and our client was delighted with the results, which resulted in the house selling quickly.
