Description Of Work: Sanded down old and neglected hardwood floors.  This is a 112 year old house that had been neglected for at least 25 years. There is actually a convex slope between the living room and dining room that had to be hand sanded.  Joe also custom made two wooden thresholds to go in doorways; one with a height change. 

Member Comments: I am so impressed with Joe's work and Megan's communication and responsiveness.  The floors look beautiful; the thresholds are impressively cut and the grade blends perfectly with the existing multilevel floorings.  Prompt, responsive and hard working.  I am extremely picky and I couldn't be more pleased.
