From start to finish everything went well. This is a very professional company that really seems to have their act together. First , Megan came over and I showed her all the areas that I wanted refinished . She gave me some suggestions , measured & then gave me an estimate. I also had an old wood burning stove & some really old furniture that needed to be removed & she was able to recommend someone that could come & take all of that away. We scheduled 2 days for the job to get done. On the first day , Joe & his helpers were scheduled to arrive at 8AM & they arrived a little early & began working right away. They sealed off certain areas ( like the kitchen ) that might get dusty. Joe was super easy to deal with , very professional , I felt very comfortable gathering up my belongings & leaving for 2 days. Before I left we talked about a really nasty dark stain on the hardwood in my dining area.( possibly from a previous owner's pet. ) I knew that it would probably be impossible to get it all out but he did a great job & it's barely noticeable. While I was gone , they sent pictures each afternoon of each stage of the floors getting done. When I returned, I opened the door to beautiful , refinished floors. This really gave my little 3 Bedroom rancher a lift. Extreme Floor Care is professional , reliable & they do a beautiful job.
