using a truck mounted vaccum and large mobile washer/ scrubber device

Estimator was pleasant and efficient, explaining  their method of service. Appointment was scheduled close to my 

requested service date and follow up calls from estimator confirmed time etc.  Crew arrived close to designated time

and appeared clean and courteous.  Procedure left no objectionable odor and , as promised, drying time was not

excessive compared to other services we used in the past. Furthermore there were no add-on's or hidden charges

similar to  ad's from other companies that may  charge extra for spot cleaning , "scotchguard" or small unmeasured areas.

As with all carpet cleaning, the ultimate test will be the carpet's appearance in several weeks, but presently I am quite pleased

and would use this company again and recommend it to my neighbors. I believe that the fair price charged is because company

does not have to recoup costs of TV and print media advertising.
