I met these clients when they bought this house in Avalon and they had a Interior Decorator come in to decorate their new home. The floors were stained a dark brown which the new home owners and decorator didn't like, so that is how Ingot involved. Their Realtor and decorator recommended us. We came in and did a full sand on these floors and applied a natural seal coat to the floors and then 2 coats of polyurethane.  I don't know why these floors were ever stained a dark brown because they are beautiful. This is a red oak hardwood.
