This is the same floor that the new home owners and decorator wanted to change to natural. This is showing our sanding process. You can still see the dark stain that was on the floor around the perimeter of the room. The second picture is of the floor finished. The floor was refinished then a seal coat was applied and 2 coats of polyurethane. Joe, who owns the company is the one that does the work.  Each day we are at your home I will be in contact with you and send you photographs of before, during and after the job. I do this because a lot of our clients don't live at the shore, so we go the extra mile so they know what is going on.
